SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION
To ensure quick delivery of your order, the Paloma Suarez store partners with the best express shipping companies selected based on the destination region.
You can calculate the shipping costs for your order in the Shopping Cart, and they will be included in the total cost of your order at checkout.
You will not have to pay any amount to the shipping company at the time of package delivery.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CET. Orders received on Fridays after 5:00 PM are processed the following Monday.
ORDER TRACKING
To allow you to track your shipment, as soon as the order leaves our warehouses, you will receive an email informing you of the courier company transporting your order and the tracking number.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES
All Paloma Suarez products are made exclusively to order for each of our customers once the purchase is made.
Orders destined for Spain are delivered within 7-14 business days.
Orders shipped to the rest of the world will be delivered within approximately 7-20 business days.
We usually meet our estimates, although we cannot guarantee their punctuality. However, once the order leaves the warehouse, you will receive an email notifying you of the estimated delivery date.
We deliver Monday to Friday, and never on public holidays. Please note that deliveries are made during business hours, so we recommend using a shipping address where someone can receive the delivery.
TAXES AND CUSTOMS DUTIES
WITHIN THE EUROPEAN UNION
There are no additional taxes or duties for items sold in countries within the European Union. Customers do not have to pay anything at the time of delivery.
SHIPMENTS TO THE UNITED STATES
Shipments to the United States are also subject to import duties and taxes. In addition, US customs require the recipient to provide either their Social Security Number or the Non-US Citizen Import Number - CBP Customs Border Protection Assigned Number.
REST OF THE WORLD
For shipments to destinations in the rest of the world, import taxes or customs duties must be paid. These costs are entirely borne by the recipient, who will have to pay the corresponding amount to the shipping company or the competent authorities.
IMPOSSIBILITY OF CUSTOMS CLEARANCE
For customs clearance to take place, the customer must provide all necessary information and/or pay associated costs. If the package cannot clear customs, it will be returned to our warehouse. For more information, please consult our Return Policy.
